I just downloaded the 4th step worksheets and will begin this next process in my recovery... I have been putting it off for a while now, millions of excuses; but in the past couple weeks keep getting these glaring reminders or notations that I need to GET IT DONE!! So Thanks Dallas for having what I need here so that I can keep moving forward in my recovery...
I know I might have been able to ask my sponser if she had some sort of worksheet or whatever, but time was bad due to my procrastinating and now she has some serious issues that I feel akward in burdening her with silly questions...
I also know that my turning to her might help her with what she has going on (OMG, have I actually been listening) but It is a serious medical issue pertaining to her son, and they are waiting for awnsers... I am thinking that if I can get things started myself; then I can go to here with what I have and go from there... my question to those of you, WHERE/WHEN do I start, at the first drink, the first behavior??? I believe tha latter since I was a late starter of actually picking up a drink...
