My name is Kevin. Alcoholic. I just finished step 7 and am ready to construct my list. I have read the Big Book and the 12x12 and the Bible in preparation to make this list but I am a little confused. I ran across this very cool website and thought it would be a good idea to just ask for some of your experiences with making this list. Did you simply make a list of names and institutions you harmed ? Or did you also write the harm you caused ? If I do that it seems redundant ( another 4th step ). I know, I know, I'm overcomplicating it. How did you do it ?
