Rarely has a modem failed,
that has thoroughly searched this /path.
Those who do not connect are people who cannot or will not compile themselves in a simple program,
usually users and hackers who are constitutionally incapable of being honest with the internet. There are such unfortunates.
They are not at fault; they seem to have a parity problem......
