My name is Rich.Stumbled on the site,liked it and joined.Some habits never die.Guess I can direct them to beneficial activities if I think a little before reacting,'what a concept!' I like it so I just have to do it.
Well I've been around and seen and done some things.I have a lot of experience on the dark side,know quite a bit about what doesn't work for me.
Qualified for the program with honors,never believed in moderation with anything.
