Hello All I'm Ed, an Alcoholic

Just signed up and want to start participating. I am a newcomer here, but an old timer in the program. Been around 14 1/2 years and like many oldtimers
my feeling is that my alcoholisim is my greatest gift, because it brought to AA and a spiritual way of life.

My interest recently, (last few years) is in the life and times of Bill Wilson, and AA history. Great, great stuff.

Anyway, hi all and I'll be around and hoping to be of service.

I read your profile, and I'm an A.A. history buff also! Your photo reminds me of when I was up in Akron a few years ago and had a chance to visit many of the Akron historical sites. I'm into photography also -- and my other addiction is taking photos! If you have some photos that you would like to share... and perhaps narratives to go with them, we can set up a place for you to share them here on the site if you are interested!
