Enchiladas are a pain in the ass
Sauce is extra work cuz I have to run to the walk-in for it---and then run to heat it up, too---sheesh
and, well....
Hot---- Maybe it's just me.....but it just kinda burns up what few nerve endings I have left . Grrrrr
Anyhoo...I am trying on the dog. However, she is by no means mistreated. I'd just like to find the person(s) who quite obviously cared for her so much.
Having said all that.....I still don't know what ES&H means. Thanks for all the folks that at least clued me in that I need to figure it out!
