My son read the poems & said "I feel like that." I said , "You never have to feel like that again. There IS a program of recovery."

He looked at me like this was some amazing, revolutionary idea, He actually smiled.

Sunlight, Im so happy that your son felt that "sense" of hope. I can remember when I first heard it and felt it. I was so happy I cried. What a relief. The funny thing is I heard it alot of times before, it just didnt sink in until I was ready to feel it.

HAPPY BDAY VICTOR!!!!!

Thank you for the woo hoos, you twos! :D We never know when the seed that was planted will blossom & grow. Thinking back, the seed for me was planted WAY before I found my way into AA.

Happiest belated wishes on your 6 yrs. Victor! You made it past the 5 yr. slump, so there's hope for me! You're an inspiration.

Geoffs is an inspiration as well, doing a 4th step example for us here.
You ARE doing that, aren't you, Geoffs? Huh? Huh? Where'd he go?

Love,,Sunlight
