I spoke up at a meeting and was AMAZED at the kindness/support I encountered there.

What a wonderful feeling--to know that there are people that are on MY SIDE.

It felt so cleansing to speak and share my story.

Yes--each day I am less tearful and more calm.

This is a different way of "being" for me.

I wish to develop a personal relationship with God and other people.

It is refreshing to find comfort in other people who wish me no harm.
