Meetings in Florida

Hello Everyone,

I want to go to a meeting. I live in Edgewater, FL.
The only thing I can find on the web does not show any evening meetings.

Can you suggest a meeting near to where I live?
I don't have the money to drive all over creation, as I'm still un-employed.

I just need to get back in the sober way of life. with a sponsor and a local meeting. I have not had a drink in 3 months and I want to keep it that way. I'm recently seperated and I know if I don't get back to meetings, I'll get so lonely and you know the drill.

I had 4 years at one time and could kick my rear behind for stopping my meetings.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Hello Edge, welcome to the site.

I'm not real familiar with Florida, except for a few cities. However, if you'll go to this page: http://www.step12.com/florida-aa.html and scroll down the page until you see one of the cities listed that is nearest you, and call their telephone number, I'm sure they can help.

We do have some other members here on the forum that live in FL. Maybe they'll be able to help.
