Dearest Cess!
I meant to answer you earlier when you asked how I was, but my internet service is dial-up and I have to keep the phone lines clear these days.
I'm all right. I am living with my ex-husband who is on home hospice and dying from this disease. I am constantly being given the grace to do this. I learn love and tolerance. I hate the illness, not the person.
I bring sponsees and chronic longtime slippers to the house to witness the severity of alcoholism and addiction, and to be of service. Even the hard-hearted go white with horror at the denial, insanity and magnitude of the malady.
I ask you all for prayers and daily action for the alcoholic who still suffers.
We are needed to carry the message: THERE IS A SOLUTION!
Love and grace, Sun
