I wonder how she understood the question and was able to rapidly answer it... when the question was "Are you a friend of Bill W.'s" and not understand the question "Are you sober?"

Hopefully she'll make it back. I was in such denial for so long and then came AA and the guilt. Not wanting AA folks to see my going in the liquor store, hiding the mixer UNDER my groceries. I couldn't hide from myself tho.
