Working with other Alcoholics has given me more than I could have hoped for in this program. FRIENDS
What a novel concept. I was never a people person until I got into AA. It has been a struggle for me to open up and allow others into my life. But the rewards I have received have been the greatest tool in the tool box. For every need, for every question, for every struggle I face there is always some one there that is walking or has walked the same road. Thank God I am not unique. I am not alone, and for the first time in my life I am happy about it.
