The best person I have ever found to help me is the one that when they speak it's like they are reading my mail and I understand everything they are saying. I have had several people achieve this in my AA life. Both men and women. When I open my eyes and ask God for help he has always sent the right person into my path. No politics please.

I was walking out a few weeks back and had a raging debate going in my head about what to say to a friend who needed help. Looked up and there was a big sign advertising the transit system and had a quote from confucious on it that read "It does not matter the speed of the journey so long as you don't stop" I used that the rest of the day trying to help a few other folks and changed my day completely. Maybe I'm just nuts
