Just Passed 100 Days Sober, Hi, I'm Bwendo

Hi, just introducing myself to the forum, looks like a really lively community here, so will be interesting making some new friends and finding out what everyone is thinking and sharing.

I'm just turned 37 and 103 days sober, live with my wife and two daughters in Australia.

I've been putting my thoughts into a blog for over a year now, is a great way to get some clarity and reflect on where I have been.

But it does get a little indulgent at times so it is great to get some snappy feedback from forums and that's part of the reason I joined.

Look forward to sharing and having a laugh, it can't all be too glum and serious all the time...

It looks a lot steeper than it actually is.

One of the great things about taking the Steps is: we learn it by doing it.

When I was newly sober, I spent too much time trying to learn and not enough time do-ing. My Grace Period started to run out on me so I had to give up learning and start doing. After I did that -- it became much easier.
