Hi everyone I was looking for a topic and found this forum.
I am Brien and an Alcoholic
my sobriety date is 3-1- 91
I can't believe this is the first time finding this forum I have read about 1 hours worth of discussions and I feel like I am in a meeting I love it
I have been reading about emotional sobriety and got some great insight
I am out of work for the first time in 34 years so I am getting a little restless maybe a little irritable this forum will really help
I will be checking in on a regular basis, it's good to be on board!

Welcome to the site Brien!! Glad to have you here and looking forward to reading your ESH!!

Emotional Sobriety was/IS a big one for me! I spent the 1st 4+ years of my Sobriety as a dry drunk! I thought that since the obsession was removed for me early on that I had it made and was done!! I was almost DONE IN!!

Working a good program now that includes daily spons, 5-7 meetings a wk, daily BB, 12 an 12 an other various lit., gettin right sized lol
Daily Prayer and givin it over DAILY (sometimes several times a day) to my HP. I'm looking forward to hearing how the meeting went!!
