Hello everyone....my name is Jen and I am an alcoholic. Recently finished my 90/90 and last week I shared for the first time for my home groups outgoing.... It was incredible!
I have a sponsor and am working the steps..reading and working on step 4

I am married and have 3 children 21, 11, 5...the oldest one has seen the worst of my drinking days...the past three years have been the "no fun" years of my drinking. After a moment of clarity I called a friend that was in the rooms and asked her to take me to a meeting....that was 100 days ago....

I am grateful for AA but I am also glad that I found this site....It was hard to get to a meeting everynite while doing my 90/90, and I do not intend to stop going to meetings EVER....but now that Ive found STEP12, I can sign on when the kids schedules make it impossible to get o a meeting....and it will help me to reach my hand out......

Hi . All,
My name is Paige A. I'm new to the forum. I've been sober by the pure grace of God for 15 years come July 15th, I only recently joined AA (6months ago) and am working my way through the steps, at Step 8 now. But, I've owned a Big Book for years and studied off and on over the years. So, I guess in a way, I've partially worked my own program. I didn't know until 6 months ago how much I needed the fellowship of AA. I have a sponsor who is great,and a home group, that I love. But, I can't always get to the meetings as often as I'd like. So, I found you guys. I just wanted to introduce myself and say Hello, and tell you I am glad to be here. I posted a sponsorship question. I hope some of you will go check it out and give me your opinions on what I should do.
