Not only is there mourning in AA, but in the church as well. It was announced at every meeting & every service in my church this weekend.
But Father's spirit is still with us - in AA, in our hearts & in our work. And you can bet your big book that he's not just playing the harp in heaven- he's into action!
Fortunately, he left his great example of service for us to follow. And, we have his tapes and videos and books... that will continue to help us and many thousands like us.
Thank you, Father Martin... for all that you did, all that you've done, and all that you will continue to do! I love you. And, save me a seat up front near the Speaker!!!
