AA and Recovery Related Website Links 12 Steps
We are always adding links to AA websites, Groups, Central Offices, Intergrous, Districts and Area Websites. We will also link to Alana Club websites, Al-Anon, and other 12 Step Program sites.
Currently, we are in the process of rebuilding our database of websites that will be of interest to the Recovery Community.
Top priority is given to AA Group websites, and AA Intergroup websites, Sober Living Houses, Recovery Houses, and related individual and personal websites as long as your primary purpose with the website is to be of service -- to the recovery community, and to help alcoholics and/or other addicts to recover.
There is no charge to list your website.
If we decide to add a link to your website, it would be appropriate and the right thing for you to do -- to provide a recipricle link to this website -- from your website.
Use the form below to submit your website information. We'll review your website and determine if it is appropriate to add your link.
Rigorous Honesty Required
If we're going to link to you -- we want to know about you. Who are you? What's the purpose of your site? How is it related to our website and our mission of helping alcoholics and addicts? Be sure to include your name and contact information.
Yes. When we review your site we may contact you to verify and validate the information to make sure that you are who you say that you are.
Also, be sure to mention if your site is operated as a commercial website (which means that you sell something, or generate revenue by selling advertising or products on your site) -- or if your website is non-commercial (like this one -- where everything is free).
Your content must be ORIGINAL! It can't be content that has been hacked or scrapped off of other websites -- where the only difference is -- you put your name on it.
Be honest. Failure to mention if your site is commercial, or non-commercial will result in your site not being considered.
If you list your site as "non-commercial" and later you change it -- by selling something, or by displaying advertising on your website -- and you fail to notify us of the change -- we will remove the link to you. And, will not link back to you.
If you have content or links on your website that contains "objectionable, or offensive content", or content that is not relevant to our interest -- we will not link to your site.
We will personally review each request and each website before adding a link.
When you use the form below to submit your link request -- be sure to include the specific information as to where on your website you will provide us with a reciprical link to Step12.com
Use the form below to submit your website for review and inclusion.
It can be very tempting to substitute online
meetings for real AA meetings. It is highly suggested, to go to real AA meetings where you can see -- and be seen by -- people in recovery. We need the real, live, fellowship with each other.
Many sober alcoholics -- that return to drinking,
stopped going to real live meetings -- before they took the
real, live drink -- that so often, takes their real live life.
